The writers
Five developers, five corners of small-game making.

Kasimir Lund
Kasimir writes about Rust for games: engine internals, ownership patterns that survive a real game loop, and getting builds onto other people's machines. He has been writing small engines for himself since the SDL days and lives in Gothenburg.

Odalys Brisco
Odalys covers graphics programming: wgpu, shaders, lighting and the maths behind a good-looking 2D frame. She came to it from technical art and still sketches every effect on paper before writing a line of WGSL. Based in Valencia.

Jun Takemura
Jun draws and animates pixel art and writes about the craft side of 2D games: sprites, tiles, palettes, animation and the small design choices that make a game feel finished. Lives in Osaka and never misses a jam weekend.

Felicity Marrable
Felicity writes about finishing and shipping: game jams, store pages, trailers, audio and the unglamorous checklists between a prototype and a release. She produces small games with friends from a spare room in Leeds.

Tendai Mukwena
Tendai writes about architecture: game loops, entity component systems, collision, pathfinding and procedural generation, usually with a profiler open. He works on simulation tools by day and builds roguelikes at night in Harare.
